What are the best aspects of this product?
Guru is a seamless and neat knowledge management tool that is easy to browse, and it is perfect for storing info that we can easily retrieve whenever needed. It has plenty of sorting options that help us keep and find items hassle-free. Plus, we can also use the Google Chrome browser to navigate the platform easier. This is a tremendous help in grabbing the right and accurate info on demand. Also, we can set knowledge alerts that carry important announcements and details for all our staff, and we can easily track who has read such alerts.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Notifications about the list of people who have read a card or who have checked a section should be enhanced. Other than this, Guru works really well. I have nothing to complain about its performance.
