Guru features a basic but efficient storage structure for all the internal company knowledge that it carries. It sorts information into knowledge cards, boards, board groups and collections, thus it is easy to retrieve any specific information that is needed. This makes Guru very useful for our company since we handle huge bulks of information throughout our operations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope we can label one card and make it fall under a few collections, much similar to how we can label a card to make it fall under a few boards. This would address our problems of dealing with overlapping information regarding key company details. On a side note, a quality spelling and grammar checking tool would be a big help when creating a card.
