What are the best aspects of this product?

I work as a product tester for a company and Gusto has enabled me to track my payslips. With it, I can get a full view of my payment history without having to comb through records because of its clean and highly navigable user interface. They have well laid out options too and I find this advantageous because I like to download a record of my wages just in case I need them on my device. And when it comes to security, Gusto does not scrimp. It uses a two-factor authentication method that protects my account from unauthorized logins.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I absolutely have no complaints about Gusto seeing that they have a wonderful interface. It is obvious from the way it is designed that the developers and designers put a lot of thought into it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As someone who likes to view his payroll data from time to time, Gusto has made it seamless for me to do so.
