What are the best aspects of this product?

The app is very easy to use. I was able to set up payroll very quickly. Also, when I had a problem with the edit feature, their phone support agent helped me out promptly and I could get the job done easily. With Gusto, I need to spend just 5 minutes every month on payroll tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My experience thus far has been very smooth and I have no had no difficulties at all. I am waiting for the tax season to find out how the software can help me with my tax filing and other tasks.

Gusto helps our company save time and money on accounting tasks. It frees up our time and we can focus on improving our product quality and boosting customer satisfaction.
