What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple to set up the application and the interface is attractive. The vendor could make customer support more accessible. But their phone agents are very professional. The good thing is Gusto focuses on constantly improving its features and it makes our payroll processes easy to manage. Finally, its integration with Zenefits is very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Gusto is ideal for direct deposit payment. It is not suitable if you have to pay checks to a lot of employees as it lacks a print/delivery option. Another glitch is the product could offer more customization for PTO policy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work for four companies and time is always short for me. Gusto helps to make my payroll work easier and takes care of W-2s and paystubs. In fact, it takes care of all my essential finance tasks and makes my work life a breeze.
