What are the best aspects of this product?

Gusto is very user friendly- and "dummy proof"- they send out reminders to run payroll- provide easy to ready cash requirement summaries- great application

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there was a better module for child support deductions and other misc. payroll deductions and pay the vendor direct.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Child Support deduction, a way to put in days off requests/ racking of anticipated vacation days with a confirmation process once taken.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Timely filing and accurate payroll reports, employee onboarding, client control without the burden of reporting and compliance.
