What are the best aspects of this product?
Nothing! Really I mean there is nothing that is valuable about this company or service. Slow payment processing, When they do pay your employees they get it wrong or pay them on the wrong day. Try calling "customer support" and they will always say it is the customers fault. Never their fault and will continue to make a point of why they are right and the customer is wrong!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Slow payment processing. Horrible, disrespectful and rude customer support. They will not listen the to issue and will only tell you what they feel the customer is doing wrong!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
None. Payroll with this company was the biggest pain and problem every 2 weeks I have to call them and expedite my employees getting paid because Gusto can not do what they are supposed to do.
