I should’ve read all the reviews – HORRIBLE

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a basic design. Federal filings seem to work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I got a letter from my state that they have not received any of my withholding taxes since January, that's 3 months.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They need to fix the state withholding issue, they need to work on improving customer service - I emailed them 3 times and no response. They probably didn't want to admit they're at fault.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our federal taxes but who knows, we are crossing our fingers we don't receive a letter from the IRS.
