What are the best aspects of this product?
Their platform is Easy to use and user friendly and it requires a simple login to do payroll
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
they take a very long time to process payroll. (4 business days) specially when you input all information in for them.
They also have the WORST customer service. Usually you would be treated with entitled and rude reps who keep wanting to tell you that there is nothing wrong with their platform.
They literally just blamed my email for not working for them not sending alerts to my email. when I proved them wrong, they still insisted that I am the issue

A better customer service and management
