What are the best aspects of this product?

Being the top executive of a not-for-profit group means that I have a lot of tasks on my plate. Gusto helps me manage them all without breaking a sweat though since it automates a large part of payroll and compliance management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing much to dislike about Gusto no matter how hard I try to nitpick.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ours is a complex payroll system but we do not have a group of people to resolve this. With Gusto, we can still operate with just a part-time finance guy because its automation capabilities do a lot of heavy lifting. This has given me more time to enhance our programs and gain more financial backing instead of mulling over administrative tasks.
