What are the best aspects of this product?
Right now, my sales reps are thrilled using this tool. They wanted to go for an efficient tool that can swiftly process huge order volumes on the trade show floor. As much as possible they want to keep manual entry to a minimum. This Apple-only app does that and has everything laid out for straightforward training.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We're running an older ERP now. We're in need of importing orders through .csv files. Our own ERP currently has other plans. While Handshake does boast integrations, they're not pre-installed solutions and will paying a lot upfront for implementation.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Previously, we had to process a ton of paper sales orders after a trade show. Now, we;re getting them processed daily and get them synced into the cloud. We have yet to achieve a cloud-integrated efficiency solution. But we're on our way in completey removing the manual-entry process.
