What are the best aspects of this product?

Handshake is straightforward and easy to use. It comes with unique features like images on invoices to help retailers identify items. The editing functionalities of this software are also incredible, which makes the quantity and discount adjustments easy, even on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For us to keep our listings and sales record, we need to have at least one active license. And this one thing I don’t like about Handshake.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We achieved improved sales with Handshake. We are able to take orders faster, and this capability allows us to double our sales in our trade show. Writing orders makes the process slow, but with Handshake, all it takes is a simple scanning of orders, and we’re all set. This is a win-win solution not only for my business but for customers as well, as they don’t need to wait longer.
