What are the best aspects of this product?
Handshake has helped me better serve the needs of customers. I can easily view the records, handle customer calls without any hassle. I can make use of the speaker mode feature during conversations while looking at their transaction history and other pertinent information. This has led to excellent customer service on our end having to deal with clients' concern with accuracy and faster respond time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Handshake started being problematic since the latest iOS version rolled out. It has been crashing a lot lately when we switch between multiple customers and take care of orders too rapidly. It would also help if Handshake updates its search functionality by allowing users to find customer details using the address on the app. This way, I do not have to go back to the computer to do that. Moreover, Handshake should improve its copying and pasting support. Because every time I move information from a digital notepad to the mobile app and vice versa, Handshake loses the data I already inputted. It takes several repetitions of the copy-paste process before the info stays where it should stay.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Billing is a smooth-sailing affair with Handshake. As a company offering landscaping services, I have different SKUs for my services and products on offers like lawn mowing, lawn fertilization, and plant shearing. This means that there is no need to have an actual item to utilize Handshake, which is beneficial to me.
