What are the best aspects of this product?

You can simply create a database and you can download it on your iPad or iPhone. There is an option to scan products with camera or to connect scanners via bluetooth. Also, you don't need internet connection to take tasks, you can take them offline and upload them later when you have internet connection. You can choose to e-mail an invoice to your customer, on the other hand the customer will receive a professional receipt with their order including images of the product they bought. In addition, the info of the credit cards are kept secure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Orders cannot flow smoothly into order processing system you need manual entry for it. They could use an independent reps instead of using Brokerforce or Brandwise.
