What are the best aspects of this product?
I think it is a helpful and reliable tool, both for on-boarding and selling.
The system can overall be described as intuitive, meaning that you won’t have to waste time on on-boarding and you could focus on issues of strategic importance to your company.
I was afraid to face a complex system, but luckily that was not the case. Simplicity means the world in my job, and I appreciate the clean design that made it possible for me.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Hatchbuck keeps everybody happy, that’s the only truth. They are doing an excellent job, and I am really grateful for that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It motivates me and it makes me think of great solutions. I get an overview on campaigns and individual prospects, and I plan action easily. See, your old-school email service will not tell you that the polite lady you contacted last week opened the email even 15 times! No sir, it will not!
