What are the best aspects of this product?
The top features are definitely the tag rules. I love them because I can share content with my leads, as soon as Hatchbuck confirms they are ready to receive it. In fact, there are tones of tagging options and I am still working out how to utilize all of them. From the current perspective, I think I’d be lost without them, especially if one considers all the hats I am wearing to keep the company on top of the pipeline. What I know for sure is that there is no better way to maximize traffic to your product
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think it is too early to talk about flaws and drawbacks. Hatchbuck has just hit the market, and looking for missing features to compromise quality is like missing the wood for the trees. What I think is that they too focused on marketing automation, and that is reflecting on their CRM functionality. Startups like us, for instance, will need more reporting features and visual pipelines in future.

We’ve automated lead nurturing, meaning that we can identify buyers from the leads, and pay enough attention to them.
