What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to Hatchbuck, you can use and manage your data at the best of your ability. We love the tagging feature, because it enables us to segment data quickly, and it automates actions we used to perform manually. It is also rich with emailing options, meaning you have all sorts of templates and sending options. We had good software in the past, but we never got hands around something so quickly. Maybe it is because of their time efficient support, and the fact that they left no question unanswered.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The more you get, the more you want, and the fact that we want it to wrap a dozen of new features doesn’t make it less perfect. At least this way I know that my requests are being considered, and I am likely to see those features in future.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I think having the CRM and the emailing platform in a single place. I appreciate the stress-free environment, and the company is saving some serious money and time. We didn’t kill two birds with one stone, we killed all of them.
