What are the best aspects of this product?

One of our primary goals is to increase our sales by adding new customers daily. That is why we decided to focus on E-mail marketing which is a great help to our business. I like using this product because it gives me the option to create customized e-mails for each of my clients which plays a considerable part in the success of our projects. The software comes with several tools that you can utilize for your marketing needs. Whenever you have problems using Hatchbuck, they always offer help, so you have nothing to worry about.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are instances wherein I feel frustrated because the system tends to become super slow. I need to send a list of emails to my clients, and server issues affect my focus and productivity in so many ways. They said that they are doing something about this, but I still have to wait and see if it's true.
