What are the best aspects of this product?
We used to work with Salesforce, and I liked it. Still, the company wanted something more affordable, less complicated, and not so demanding. We were told to get Hatchbuck even before, but we always took it with a pinch of salt. I wish we champed at the bit much sooner.
Obviously, we did some exploring in the demo at first, just to have an idea on their support management, but there was no second thought. Their team was happy to have our feedback, and worked on all our ideas. Finally, we got everything that the company needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could create a mobile app, or at least make the web platform more mobile-friendly. I struggle to follow prospects from my smart phone and the entire ‘pan and zoom’ thing is tiring me. It’s not like I can really access the software at any moment. I would also opt for less limited wizards (uploading my own files, designing my email templates, etc).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
1. Our sales process is improved; the communication is more streamlined than ever before. I enjoy being able to track notifications, and to be in the loop whenever somebody opens my email, or clicks the link. Tags give a fairly full picture too.
