Great software, even better service!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find the program to very easy and user-friendly. It’s been a while since we had something that impressive to work with. I really can't find the words to praise its funcitonality!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As you can see from the previous section, there is nothing I dislike about it. Still, I am only a user with access to particular features, while the company may come up with some detailes that need improvement. Overall-very good!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

To be honest, we are not so experienced and we're still familiarizing with the most important features. It didn’t bring leads so far, but we expect that to happen very soon from now. What the system did for us so far was decent contact maintenace, detail-accuracy, and improved communication.
