What are the best aspects of this product?
At first, I was quite sceptical about trying out Hatchbuck because I wasn’t sure of what it does and how it can help my business grow. But then I decided to take advantage of the free trial to see how things work. The product comes with a smart-looking dashboard that helps you plan and execute things smoothly. Hatchbuck creates a personal profile for each client so you can easily monitor their activities whenever they come and check out your e-commerce site. You can easily send bulk e-mails to promote your latest products and services. It saves you time and effort while getting the same amount of results. I tried using all of its features, and I realized that each of them comes with a corresponding benefit to my current business. I realized that it is okay to shell out a small portion of my income in exchange for a software that can help you promote your business effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are times when I needed immediate help from their support team. But the problem is it's hard to keep in touch with them, especially after office hours. They should look into assigning some of their personnel to handle chat support 24/7 so clients would be given fast resolution to their problems and queries at any time of the day.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was able to come up with several e-mail templates that I can easily send to my clients. I made sure that these e-mails are able to effectively promote my products and services and also answer different types of inquiries.
