What are the best aspects of this product?
I consider myself very lucky to be using Hatchbuck to help me run my business. It comes with a long list of awesome features that help me with marketing and customer service. It is a multifunctional tool that enables you to save some money because there is no need for you to invest in other platforms to perform specific tasks and help you retrieve your performance reports and statistics. Also, I would like to commend their support team for always being helpful and proactive whenever we needed immediate help with regards to specific issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I believe that Hatchbuck is a well-equipped app to help support any marketing projects that you would like to spearhead. However, I also think that they should try their best to develop more impressive features so clients like me would continue to use the software for a very long time. They could incorporate a click to call feature that allows you to make a phone call or leave detailed voicemails to the customer’s account, send SMS using the platform by batches and make sales reports more accurate and comprehensive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I was able to grow the business in just a short amount of time, and Hatchbuck did a great job in helping me out. Monitoring my clients and analyzing their needs and wants is also made possible using this app. I am so delighted that our sales figures tripled as compared to last year and these things won’t be possible if it weren’t because of Hatchbuck.
