What are the best aspects of this product?
When Hatchbuck arrived to our company, we jumped on the task and categorized clients as business contacts, current, and potential users. What a day that was! Ever since, I am sending mails to many people through a simplified procedure (two-three clicks on average). I think we got ourselves a relationship builder, going all personal and super friendly with clients. And they appreciate it! Now that I have Hatchbuck, I can follow updates, and identify the needs of my clients almost instantly. My reports are also worth a look.
Better yet, there is no need to sit tight and get all fussy about it. The tool is extremely simple, and contains a full package of utilization guides.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m more concerned about results, than the process itself. Let’s be clear, performance is flawless! I know many firms that can guarantee that! My problem is low opening rates, and I’m trying to locate the cause. I ‘went personal’, edited everything that could be edited, even made a dozen of promo offers, but I am still not satisfied. There must be another problem.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’m one click away from getting all client information I need. Communication records are well-stored, and so are clients’ actions. It’s amazing how connected you can be with you clients, and how that can affect the performance of your business.
