What are the best aspects of this product?
I was surprised that I didn’t have any difficulties while transitioning into Hatchbuck. I do not know much about CRM software, but I am comfortable using Hatchbuck. I do not need to create a to-do list daily because it reminds me of what to do whenever I have clients who are interested in buying properties.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Downsides are quite common in software that is why I learned to manage my expectation as a user so I won’t end up feeling disappointed. However, if some improvements should be made, I guess that they should sync all time zones so we won’t miss any critical client meetings or call them too early for their liking.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to address retention issues by doing better in terms of providing excellent service to all of our existing clients. Thankfully we have Hatchbuck to help us solve all of these issues.
