What are the best aspects of this product?
The crown of maintainable software at a fair price. It unites marketing automation, CRM, lead capture, scoring, and nurturing under a single hat. It’s nice to have a single system for all activities.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The ROI functionalities are absolutely absent. Lead tracking is useless before they contact you or fill in the forms you’ve sent them. Your digital marketing might be effective, but you won’t be able to measure that effectiveness. Oh, and the public development strategy is also missing. I tried to draw attention towards these issues, but they haven’t announced any upcoming features yet. I honestly hope they will consider my requests.

We’re capturing, scoring, and nurturing our leads, and we structure our marketing campaign (CRM, emails, automation, etc).
