What are the best aspects of this product?
The UI is fair, even if it takes a while to master the tagginng curve (speaking from the perspective of a developer who used to query his data directly). I was a hard-working learner, but I don't think it could be a problem for anybody. It's easy and flexible, heaped with information. Fast too!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would improve the management on company level, but I think they're going to solve this in a while. There is also an annoying 'pending time' between submiting a report and receiving a confirmation (especially when there are many customers involved), but it's just another display bug you can tolerate for the sake of quality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted this software because we couldn’t estimate the effect of prospect on our efforts. The picture is pitch-perfect now: we get notified when emails are opened, we know who is following our links, and we reply accurately and on time.
