PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

When it works, there are some solid features, including reports and usability but there has been so much downtime and and so many errors that trust in the product is extremely low.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

About twice a week, at least 1 user (mostly all users) loses service for a few hours for about the last 5 months. Sometimes, we do not know service is lost as we are still allowed to access the CRM; it is only after closing out for the day that we see a hidden message indicating "Hawksoft has experienced a problem and needs to close". All work from the time that window popped up is lost. Huge E&O exposure but also a huge frustration for the staff.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Reliability, first and foremost.

Then, a more intuitive and simpler way to interact with the platform.

The ability to program tasks for the system to cross check would also be desired, as currently, the reports will only do so much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was a product that brought us more current with technology in the CRM department, but at the major cost of reliability/validity in records.
