What are the best aspects of this product?

It functions as it is supposed to - helping IT teams develop and deliver quality digital products faster. And in case a problem with the system arise, they have a reliable support team that responds quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Support isn't available 24/7 and it can be a problem for teams working in a different time zone. It would be nice if the support would be available all the time. Or at least they provide German Support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

VR experiences making with Max, Maya, and Unreal.
