A robust version control system with great graphical interface

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has many great things to offer but what I appreciate the most are its graphical tools such as the Merge Tool and the Revision Graph, Swarm add-on which is very helpful in reviews and collaboration (but it would be better if it just come as an integrated tool instead of an add-on), and the amazing and reliable support. I also like the ability to automate and access scripts via command line or by using different APIs. There is also a knowledge base available which is really useful when you are just starting to learn how to use the system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The concept of this system's workspace as well as checking out files is different from GIT. So you may be quite confused using this tool if you have been working with the latter solution. Also, administering and setting up the system gets a bit complex whenever we use more advanced functionalities such as broker, replication, etc. Aside from that, we also often encounter problems with integration records whenever we try to use a convenient way of doing Backout or Rollback.

It helps us with the versioning of different kinds of development artifacts.
