What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many things to love about this software. First, it offers a wide range of functionalities so you can do what you have to do. In our case, we are able to manage data of our huge scale productions and boost our productivity. Another awesome thing is the introduction of awesome new features like the Helix4Git. The next thing I like about this tool is its UI tool as well as the command-line tool which is pretty useful in our constant integration system. Lastly, I like the ease of administering user as well as group rights.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a bit of a learning curve. The system is quite different from other common version control systems such as GIT. And most of the new staff who joins our team aren't familiar with the system. So they had to spend some time learning how it functions. Also, you should know that this tool works best for huge teams. So if your team is small or you have a small project, it is best to choose another solution.
