It’s a decent version control system

What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to keep a version history of files that the team created, thanks to the integration with the MadCap Flare. It makes it easier to find something we've done in the past. Also, this product provides a desktop client which allows us to see our full file directories and even open documents from there in various programs. And while there's a bit of a learning curve at first, the system is actually easy to use. It's a pretty good version control system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You should know that this system, by default, allows users to check out and modify a file that other users have checked out. Therefore, in order to not lose the changes you've made, make sure to enable the exclusive checkout.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We needed a tool that will allow our team members to work on the same file seamlessly. With this system, multiple users can work on the same file and make the changes they see fit. All the changes made are tracked and saved so no one loses their work. It's pretty effective. Primarily, we use this product for version history and version control.
