Scalable version control system perfect for IT firms with growing needs

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has easy-to-use graphical tools (e.g. file history graphs and revision graph), an incredible time-lapse tool, side-by-side diff tool (which I think I cannot live without now), powerful command-line tools, and so much more! Additionally, I like its graphical interface which is awesome and makes it easier to manage the change list, several different workspaces, merging, etc. Furthermore, it gives us a manageable and secured single repository and huge repositories from which users can easily and quickly access files. And of course, we should not forget about their amazing support that we can rely on whenever a problem or concern arises. Overall, this tool just made our life and work easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you come from a GIT background, you may have a lot of adjustments to do because this product is like a whole different system. But it's somehow fun to learn. There are many online videos available that will guide you every step of the way. They're actually effective. I've learned most of what I know now from those videos. Also, setting up the system is quite difficult at first. But once you learn how to do it, things will be easier the next time you do it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We like short-lived branches as well as frequent merges better than those long waited mergers. And with this system, we are able to quickly access source code in agile environments where every branch exists only for a short period of time, implement it, and merge the functionality back to the main.
