A great way to getting documents signed without having to scan or print.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like having the ability to insert my signature without haivng to print the document, getting it signed, scanning it, and sending it over e-mail. It saved me from taking a trip to FedEx. At the same time, I won't have to waste money on paper. It comes free of charge for three documents monthly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's simply wrong to pay if you're dealing with more than three documents in one month. Fortunately, I haven't reached that tipping point.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was in need of signing and e-mailing contracts with the freelance clients that I'm dealing with. HelloSign was the answer to it all. It looked into the signature problem. It prevented me from going to FedEx (I currently don't own a printer).
