HelloSign is a tool that lets users sign documents with legally binding e-signatures. It is a web-based program that also allows users to upload documents with a drag and drop interface. With HelloSign, you can affix signatures to documents retrieved from various sources, including email as well as third-party applications like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.com, Evernote, and SkyDrive. The program is very straightforward and does not contain any complexities in its flow. PROS: I like the simplicity of uploading docs and editing them by using feature fields. I can use the signature and txt and put them into the document. I like the integration with Slack which is helpful especially when getting back notifications and ability to notify others of signed or sent out docs. We use it for communicating back and forth with some employees and show them that the documents are completed.

CONS: The admin is not allowed to sort and archive docs. Within paid version there only 5 template links and templates. Also, we are not allowed to sort each user’s documents from admin user. They could include guide that will show the lines are lining up with each other.

PROS: The interface is really easy and intuitive. Our staff appreciated they could just key data into a form and it would populate across multiple fields.

CONS: The outbound emails they send are increasingly getting caught as spam and filtered out at the filter level, not even getting to the spam folder. Hotmail and Outlook have both flagged HelloSign as spam. We contacted them about it and was basically told, too bad, they were unwilling to assist us.

PROS: I love how HelloSign makes things simpler for me and my client. Dealing with agreements and contracts is convenient this time around. It simplifies everything. At the same time, it enhances the professional and reliable image for the business I'm running.

CONS: The current plan that I'm in has limited templates. I'd like to be given more template option for other contracts that I'm frequently sending. I wish I wouldn't be paying more for such option. At times, when I translate documents from Word and then preparing it for signing, the formatting seems to have changed some weird reason (ex. blank spaces looked reduced).

PROS: I find HelloSign to be user-friendly. It's super quick to use. I love it since it doesn't have that appearance of an e-signature (like that of Docusign). My clients say it's simple to use.

CONS: I'm struggling to come up with something that I don't like. If there's anything negative that I'd have to say about this. Then it would be have something to do with fields being duplicated. Whenever I duplicate the fields through clicks, the signature wouldn't land on top of the line.

PROS: I like having the ability to insert my signature without haivng to print the document, getting it signed, scanning it, and sending it over e-mail. It saved me from taking a trip to FedEx. At the same time, I won't have to waste money on paper. It comes free of charge for three documents monthly.

CONS: It's simply wrong to pay if you're dealing with more than three documents in one month. Fortunately, I haven't reached that tipping point.

PROS: This tool has well-considered method in which to add docs from other cloud based services including Google Docs, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and OneDrive. You can use its templates and send the docs to those who need to sign it. The process of assigning signatories and defining what and where they ned to sign is an easy and quick process.

CONS: I have some issues when it comes to email security. When sending document to more than two people I have seen emails intend to forward to another. It would be great if they could make more clarity within HelloSign’s generic email message option.

PROS: Uploading documents has never been this simple. Reasonable price point. Simple to insert details in a document for signing. A trial period (with document restriction) is available for testing.

CONS: The e-mail link that is sent after looking at it one time expires. It happens from time to time. I've yet to contact support. So basically, I have no idea how that works.

PROS: I like that users can sign and submit from anywhere at anytime. We use its template feature to create the document and send them to our users. We get instant notification when documents are completed and HelloSign guarantees that all requited signatures are completed and ready. There is no way to skip or miss any filed before sending.

CONS: It would be helpful if they could include unique field validation, and what I mean by that is the ability to specify the type of field and to validated as an email address, phone number or social security number.

PROS: I like how convenient is it to sign docs or send signature requests on a document. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The design is great as well.

CONS: I don’t like that I have to manually prepare the information that needs to be completed by the other party. It would be great if the program could auto-figure that out and have me reject or even confirm what needs to be completed. The other thing that I don’t like about this tool is its pricing method, it charges me for an entire year, it would be great if they could make monthly payment version.

PROS: I like the fact that you can make use of this for free with limited clients. You're given the option to do upgradesw when you're dealing with more than three contracts monthly (for a limitless number of contracts. HellSign makes things really easy. The contract is uplaoded in the form of a PDF, a signature is added, and text boxes are set for a client to fill right in.

CONS: I was hoping there's some workaround to editing PDFs. At the same time, I want to preserve the design. For a majority, this isn't a glaring issue as they're utilizing Google Docs or something that's similar to it in making their contract. Since I'm a designer myself, I make my contracts via Illustrator for a unique and polished appearance. I just wish there was some away in getting the PDFs edited.

PROS: I love its simplicity. I can easily upload any document. Then have it formatted for e-signatures. I get to choose who can sign a particular document.

CONS: I was hoping HellSign and HellFax have apps that function collectively through one login. It would've been convenient if that were the case. Sadly, you'll have to deal with two separate entities.
