What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that you can make use of this for free with limited clients. You're given the option to do upgradesw when you're dealing with more than three contracts monthly (for a limitless number of contracts. HellSign makes things really easy. The contract is uplaoded in the form of a PDF, a signature is added, and text boxes are set for a client to fill right in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping there's some workaround to editing PDFs. At the same time, I want to preserve the design. For a majority, this isn't a glaring issue as they're utilizing Google Docs or something that's similar to it in making their contract. Since I'm a designer myself, I make my contracts via Illustrator for a unique and polished appearance. I just wish there was some away in getting the PDFs edited.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Back then I was accustomed to e-mailing PDFs, getting them printed out, have it signed, scanned, and then mailed back to me. It was an absolute waste of time. This time though, it's different. It's easy to do and takes only a few minutes for an upload and another couple minutes for a client of mine to sign and then sending it right back to me!
