What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface is really easy and intuitive. Our staff appreciated they could just key data into a form and it would populate across multiple fields.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The outbound emails they send are increasingly getting caught as spam and filtered out at the filter level, not even getting to the spam folder. Hotmail and Outlook have both flagged HelloSign as spam. We contacted them about it and was basically told, too bad, they were unwilling to assist us.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There is no capacity for setting a different outbound email address. And no capacity for sending a link to a custom document.
