Great tool for getting documents signed in real time

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool has well-considered method in which to add docs from other cloud based services including Google Docs, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive and OneDrive. You can use its templates and send the docs to those who need to sign it. The process of assigning signatories and defining what and where they ned to sign is an easy and quick process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some issues when it comes to email security. When sending document to more than two people I have seen emails intend to forward to another. It would be great if they could make more clarity within HelloSign’s generic email message option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t have to wait hours or days to get the documents signed or to go through printing, signing, scanning, re-sending documents. Its service is legal and we really prefer this program over other solutions. We have visibility when the docs are opened and by which recipient. It helps us to improve the relationships with our customers and get the documents signed in real time.
