HelloSign allows Scammers to use their service. I tried to warn them & have heard nothing from them

Allow scammers to use their service. I put in a ticket and have heard nothing back. They support scammers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Find out information the scammee's have on the scammers. Again they have not contacted me

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

STOP ALLOWING SCAMMERS TO USE YOUR SERVICE MAKING THE SCAMMERS LOOK MORE LEGITIMATE. IF YOU CANNOT STOP THE SCAMMERS CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS. THESE SCAMMERS ARE DOING DAMAGE TO HONEST MEN AND WOMEN

NONE MY PROBLEMS WERE CREATED DO TO THIS SOFTWARE.
