HelloSign Subscription Payment Practices are Criminal!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use. Compared to other solutions out there I would recommend on this item. Problem is customer support and ability to cancel subscription. I find their practice criminal.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

FRAUDS!

Signed up for a trial subscription with HelloSign. The trial expired on 08-27-20 I could not find the cancellation screen in their software. HelloSign subsequently charged me $480 for an annual unlimited subscription on 08-29-20.

No support phone number and no type of direct support. Now have attempted 4 times to through their online support to receive a response three days have passed.

I find this business practice to be disgusting and would recommend them and will be contacting my State AG office to file a complaint.

Know that this company is now owned by DropBox.

The tool does work well for electronic signature execution.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
