What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how HelloSign makes things simpler for me and my client. Dealing with agreements and contracts is convenient this time around. It simplifies everything. At the same time, it enhances the professional and reliable image for the business I'm running.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The current plan that I'm in has limited templates. I'd like to be given more template option for other contracts that I'm frequently sending. I wish I wouldn't be paying more for such option. At times, when I translate documents from Word and then preparing it for signing, the formatting seems to have changed some weird reason (ex. blank spaces looked reduced).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Try to deal contracts with just about anyone. No longer resorting to paper. What's more, I don't have to keep going back and forth when dealing with clients. Workflow and time allocation significantly improved.
