What are the best aspects of this product?

Uploading documents has never been this simple. Reasonable price point. Simple to insert details in a document for signing. A trial period (with document restriction) is available for testing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The e-mail link that is sent after looking at it one time expires. It happens from time to time. I've yet to contact support. So basically, I have no idea how that works.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Really easy in acquiring signatures. Now getting agreements signed for prospects/clients has never been this convenient. It speeds up everything. Prospects are no longer waiting to have an agreement printed, getting it scanned, and re-uploading it.
