This is great product

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how convenient is it to sign docs or send signature requests on a document. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The design is great as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I have to manually prepare the information that needs to be completed by the other party. It would be great if the program could auto-figure that out and have me reject or even confirm what needs to be completed. The other thing that I don’t like about this tool is its pricing method, it charges me for an entire year, it would be great if they could make monthly payment version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t have to be stressed out for not having a printer or scanner and not being able to submit requested documents. One of the greatest benefits we have realized from this product are convenience and timeliness.
