What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to setup the live chat widget on my website. The platform is easy to navigate and to find your way around. I love the popups and auto messages as they are great marketing tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
To have live support available on weekends will be cool.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
To have a popup without a button so that it can be used just to send a message to visitors with out asking the to click a link.

Having a live chat widget on my website makes a huge difference and it's essential for any business. Not all clients will take the time to write a full email if they have a question and if there is no live chat you will loose potential clients.
