What are the best aspects of this product?
HelpCrunch provides all the features I am looking for in a customer engagement tool at a cheaper price. They have a good documented API and dev docs and their customer support are very informative. Definitely a great alternative for Intercom.

Widgets can be confusing when using different browsers.
