What are the best aspects of this product?

HelpCrunch is a great application for improving our customer experience on our website. We have been using it for four months now and so far no regrets in choosing HelpCrunch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

HelpCrunch has a "default" interface; I hope we can customize it to adapt to our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The application helped us improve customer interaction online. We get to address their concerns more efficiently and we also get to track the statistics of customer/client engagement.
