What are the best aspects of this product?
First, the implementation was as easy as pie, thanks to the amazing support team. Second, Helpjuice provides a user-friendly interface for employees to add or update articles. The design tools help us keep our organizational knowledge fresh and rich. Not just that, the Helpjuice analytics tools are quite amazing as they help us know how employees are consuming knowledge. Overall, with Helpjuice, we have created a new focus and all our teams and employees are on the same page.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Do we have a concern about this product? It’s a weak yes because everything we wanted was granted. However, we would like to see more integrations in the future. But for now, we are quite comfortable with the available features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our organization was having a lot of employee turnover in a good way. I mean, the “old guards” were retiring, and we were bringing in new vibrant employees to replace them. But after a few months, we realized that the veterans were “hoarding” knowledge. We had to act swiftly and craft effective ways to encourage employees, both new and old, to share the knowledge they gained on their jobs. The new move meant we needed a knowledge base software that would be easy to implement and easy to use for employees at different levels. Helpjuice offered the best of both worlds.
