What are the best aspects of this product?

Helpshift is user-friendly and so easy to understand that we're able to get used to the system quickly. Having the search tool in place allows us to quickly locate specific chat histories.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Having additional features like being able to cancel sent chats, notifications that a user is back in the chat thread would make it easier for us to provide better service to our customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helpshift gives us the capability to have more meaningful connections with our clients. We're able to diagnose technical issues by accessing the metadata of the device they use, or even just helping them log back into their account. The live chats with our agents also help resolve more complicated concerns more quickly.
