What are the best aspects of this product?

It's always good to have as many avenues to which our customers can reach us—and Groove is one such avenue. Customers love options, after all. This tool has allowed us to keep up with the times, especially with the fast-paced changes in the industry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have mapped a few milestones that I would like to reach with the help of Groove. It would be nice if this can help me generate the numbers to verify the success of each milestone.
