What are the best aspects of this product?
Helpshift offers convenience and accessibility like no other platform. It allows users and agents to quickly log in and file/respond to tickets without any problem. It has also helped us set up an FAQ page to decrease the traffic of users calling in to ask basic questions about our products. We're at the peak of our productivity and organization thanks to Helpshift.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing. I love everything about this program. However, if I were to offer a suggestion, it would be nice if Helpshift automates the data extraction process.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've been able to receive, prioritize, and resolve issues that are filed through our ticketing system in Helpshift. With this platform filtering all the incoming requests, everything is now a lot more manageable. This is such an amazing tool for customer correspondence.
