What are the best aspects of this product?

This service delivers a fundamental and straightforward approach to remote support, and it stands out by being completely free. It cuts through the complexity often introduced by competitors, offering a streamlined remote control experience that facilitates intuitive task execution without any cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The "business" side of the service could have been more advanced. It lacks some basic access control functionality, reports and team management.

The service could definitely benefit from voice chat and integrations with other platforms.

Given the high cost of commercial licenses for occasional use in a small company with tools like TeamViewer and AnyDesk, we explored HelpWire as an alternative solution for remote access. It serves our current needs adequately, but it's clear that there's significant room for improvement before it can be considered the definitive tool for remote support.
